To get the plug in to work on a PC to see the animation, you have to right click on your mouse, then click the button that says run this plug in, and their you go!!!

Hello students,

Wow, I didn't think you would use this so quickly! Some of your questions I think you answered already, but for the issues with the plug-in, you need to make sure your flash player is up to date. If it's not you can download the newest ones by clicking flash 1 or flash 2 on the home page. After you download these you will have to restart your computer before it will work.

I like that you are responding to eachothers questions! That is excellent!

For anyone who had problems uploading something, if you think it didn't go through, ask me the following morning and I can tell you.

Also, remember you never submit your assignments on the websites you visit. You always submit them through this website, so if the website you visited says 'not complete' don't worry that is not what is graded.

Don't worry, if it still doesn't work for you come in during lunch or core tomorrow and you can do it at school :). If you upload the animation and it says install the plug-in, click that and see what it says. If you download it there it might work too.

Download flash 1 and flash 2 on the homepage, then restart your computer. When you try the animation again, it should work.

Yes, the questions are referring to a specific example you look at during the animation. Just tell me the organism you looked at and the traits with that- for example if you chose bunnies, you would say for the first question "I looked at bunnies, I think the dominant trait is this __________________"

Follow the timeline on the two pages.

You should be completing website 1 tonight, just focus on that for now.

The animation should play, if it doesn't you need to go to the home page on this site and click flash 1 and flash 2 at the bottom of the page. Download the two flash players, then restart your computer. When you try to upload the animation again, it should work.

Glad you figured it out :).

Remember the dominant traits are the ones you see. Recessive traits are the ones masked or hidden. So if you cross two bunnies that are both purebred or homozygous (same letters), one in black and one in grey, what ever color their offspring are is the dominant trait.

when I tried to download to timeline from the bottom of the home page it came up with some file conversion thing so i hit ok and then the font was all messed up in word- i tried changing it to tomes new roman but i still couldn't read it-where is the correct timeline?

If you are wondering about the animation for website one....only do answer based on one example.

Antonio, no if you submitted both assignments you are good you don't do them twice.

You can take the website 3 quiz whenever, I suggest waiting until you feel comfortable answering all the questions though.

Other questions will be answered when I get home in 30 minutes.

Mrs. Hart, I was with Corinne when we came up with this question and i was wondering the same thing but... there could be two green parents, which means that the offspring would be green, not yellow, so you would have to know what the color of the plant. If there is two green parents, then they are both recessive and the offspring is automattically green.

Amy and Nicole, you need to download the plug-ins on the home page and restart your computer.

Hayden, if you got the other animations to work that one should work too. I guess try to download the plug in again, especially if you are on a different computer.

i know u said that i didnt hand in website 5 for part 3 but i KNOW i did it. I did it anyways to be sure but when i did it i remembered that i already did it last night. U might be right though i might have just typed in ELMENDORF though or just DEANNA, so please just check because i know i turned it in and i really dont want a late grade. :) thanks
